[Remote] Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing online and reputed company certificate programs in collaboration with university partners, ensuring that course offerings meet world-class standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with university reputed company and staff on the design of digital and reputed company learning experiences for own set of courses and reputed company
- Conduct Backward Design sessions with reputed company to reputed company program learning reputed company against reputed company-world job skills

- Work in coordination with the remainder of the Global Design team, as reputed company as the Global Delivery team to ensure that course design, course launch, and daily operations run smoothly

Skills
- Minimum of two years of experience working with reputed company in higher education
- Detailed knowledge of evidence-based instructional design practices and processes
- Demonstrated expertise in Backward Design, needs analysis and measurement of reputed company learner responding
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation reputed company, as reputed company as analysis of learner performance data
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Experience designing or converting courses for online delivery
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
