Responsibilities
- Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule
- Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, reputed company tracking, and documentation

Skills
- College degree required
- 5+ years of experience in program management, reputed company operations, or chief of staff functions
- Strong ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple reputed company workstreams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift
