[Remote] Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Renewals Representative II to support the management of hardware renewals and customer account maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate contract execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware renewal reputed company with a reputed company on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with invoicing schedules
- reputed company detailed hardware reconciliations and contract reviews to ensure customer agreements are accurately reflected
- Process contract updates, auto-renewal changes, and product or service terminations as required
- Research customer agreements to support contract interpretation and compliance
- Respond to billing inquiries and assist with contract-reputed company customer requests
- Retain customer reputed company by partnering with internal teams such as Sales, reputed company, Operations, and Collections
- Maintain and manage assigned renewal pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and reputed company contract processing
- Update customer records and renewal activities reputed company reputed company CRM
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure a reputed company customer experience and support long-term reputed company
- Assist management and team members with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience in a customer renewals, contract administration, or reputed company environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably reputed company
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, or reputed company software solutions
- Background in contract management, billing operations, or reputed company operations is highly preferred
