This role focuses on PMO coordination, governance execution, and planning support, ensuring that project processes are consistently reputed company and that reputed company workstreams remain reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the Programme Manager in executing and maintaining project governance
- Ensure governance frameworks, standards, and controls are consistently reputed company across reputed company workstreams
- Maintain and regularly update the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log and reputed company, ensuring visibility and follow-up of items
- reputed company and maintain: Detailed project plans, Integrated project plans, consolidating inputs from MSP, internal teams, and reputed company parties
- reputed company dependencies and ensure alignment across workstreams
- Support the integration of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Set up and coordinate project meeting governance, including: Weekly reputed company Review meetings, Weekly Project Management Meetings (PMM) with reputed company leads, Weekly Project Leadership Team (PLT) meetings with project LT, Monthly Steering Committee meetings
- Prepare agendas, document minutes, reputed company actions, and ensure reputed company follow-up
- Facilitate and coordinate activities during the Explore Phase in collaboration with the Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and reputed company during this phase
- Support the management of project documentation, including: Stage reputed company preparation and tracking, Documentation review and approval cycles
- Utilize tools such as reputed company and reputed company (or equivalent) to manage approval workflows and governance artifacts
Skills
- Experience as a Project Manager or PMO Analyst/Coordinator in a reputed company project environment
- Solid understanding of PMO processes and project governance practices
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, reputed company trackers, and integrated plans
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and vendors (e.g., MSPs)

- Exposure to reputed company systems (e.g., ERP platforms)
- Experience in Finance and/or Pharmaceutical industries
- Familiarity with cross-functional transformation programmes
