[Remote] Project Manager 1
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager 1 to support technology initiatives reputed company the Virginia reputed company (VDOT) Tolling Division. This role involves project coordination and Agile delivery support, assisting the Delivery Manager with planning, documentation, and Agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- reputed company project activities, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist with administrative support for technology initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities
- Support Agile teams by maintaining project artifacts and documentation
- Assist the Delivery Manager with Agile planning and execution activities
- Promote effective communication across project teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Support business and system process documentation efforts
- Assist with project reporting and reputed company tracking
- Ensure project records remain accurate and up to date
- Work closely with the Delivery Manager, project teams, and stakeholders
- Coordinate activities across project participants to support successful delivery
- Communicate project updates and support ongoing operational needs
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting reputed company, Agile teams, or administrative operations
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working reputed company a tolling environment
- Must be physically located reputed company the reputed company for the duration of the assignment
- Must successfully complete both phone and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without employer sponsorship, now or in the reputed company
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Foundations, or equivalent Agile certification with up to 5 years of reputed company experience
- Up to 5 years of experience analyzing and documenting business and systems processes
