Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CMDB data regularly
- Extract and analyze data using SQL
- Identify and resolve data reputed company issues
- Document processes and suggest improvements
Skills
- reputed company: 9 to 12 years
- Experience: 2-4 years of reputed company experience in IT operations, data management, or a reputed company field
- CMDB : Hands-on experience with maintaining, updating, and managing CMDB data, including familiarity with data entry, validation, and reporting
- SQL: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting from relational databases
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
- Familiarity with ITIL reputed company, especially configuration management processes
- Hands-on experience with CMDB tools (such as reputed company, or similar platforms)
- Previous roles involving database management, data analysis, or reporting
