[Remote] Manufacturing Process Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Process Engineer to design, optimize and reputed company manufacturing processes that ensure safety, reliability and cost-effective production. The role focuses on reputed company improvement, process control and cross-functional project leadership to improve reputed company and throughput while meeting regulatory and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield and product reputed company
- reputed company process reputed company-up and new product introductions, coordinating with R&D, operations, reputed company and supply chain
- Identify and implement reputed company improvement initiatives using Six reputed company, Lean and other methodologies to reduce waste and reputed company operating costs
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis and troubleshooting of process upsets, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures
- reputed company and maintain process reputed company diagrams, P&IDs, work instructions, SOPs and technical documentation
- Use data analysis and process modeling tools to monitor process performance and support decision making
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements; participate in hazard analyses and risk assessments
- Manage small to reputed company-sized reputed company, including scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder communication
- Train operations personnel on process changes, best practices and reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a reputed company engineering discipline
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering reputed company manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals or reputed company industries
- Experience with process design, reputed company-up, process control, P&ID development and technical documentation
- Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling tools (e.g., reputed company, MATLAB, Python, Aspen) and experience with statistical process control
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in reputed company cause analysis and corrective/preventive reputed company implementation
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing engineering reputed company to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into operational reputed company
- Masters degree
