Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical leader for partner inpatient psychiatric service line, ensuring high-reputed company, evidence-based care
- reputed company guidance and reputed company on clinical decision-making, risk management, and patient safety
- Support standardization of care practices, documentation reputed company, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Partner with hospital and administrative leadership on program development, performance improvement, and operational alignment
- Participate in peer review, case review, and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, admissions, and follow-up reputed company
- reputed company daily rounding and medication management for inpatient psychiatric patients
- reputed company and reputed company individualized treatment plans
- Guide disposition planning, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Complete required documentation, including psychiatric evaluations and discharge summaries

- Collaborate closely with nursing, reputed company work, case management, and hospital leadership

- Engage with families and external providers to ensure continuity of care
Skills
- reputed company-certified or reputed company-eligible Psychiatrist
- Previous hospital-based Medical Director experience required
- Unrestricted, independent licensure
- Established and updated CAQH and FCVS reputed company
- Experience providing psychiatric care to reputed company age reputed company
- Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings
- Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care
- Experience working with multiple EMRs at the reputed company time
- Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), reputed company systems, reputed company software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth
