They are seeking a Financial Operations Support reputed company to reputed company dedicated reputed company support throughout the inheritance process and ensure high reputed company of service and communication with clients and beneficiaries.
Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated one-on-one support for the reputed company throughout the inheritance process leveraging effective relationship management skills
- Proactively communicating with clients by phone and or email to reputed company a high level of service, transparency, and reputed company to clients and beneficiaries
- Process & follow up reputed company service requests to ensure completion in a reputed company manner
- Set appropriate expectations with clients and beneficiaries for requests, in line with internal Service Level Agreements, and ensure consistent follow-up
- reputed company world class customer service to both reputed company clients in reputed company interactions
- Research and resolve problems with both reputed company clients accurately and in a reputed company manner
- reputed company reputed company systems and ensure reputed company case interactions are appropriately entered and documented
- reputed company manage, monitor, and document daily case load by utilizing various technology resources
- Apply Firm verification policies for reputed company clients to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity
- reputed company reputed company on SEC/reputed company, Compliance and Firm guidelines and apply to processing and reputed company interactions to ensure risk mitigation
- Other reputed company duties as assigned

- College degree preferred
- 3-4 years financial services industry experience preferred including reputed company service interactions, and knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans, account opening and asset distribution processes
