Responsibilities
- Design and manage reputed company Connect contact flows (IVR & chat)
- Build reputed company-based integrations for backend reputed company
- reputed company with Lex bots and external systems
- Optimize routing, queues, and call handling
- Ensure high availability, monitoring, and performance
- reputed company production support, RCA, and reputed company improvements
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with reputed company, event-driven design, and IVR systems
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js
- 2+ years of experience with AWS: reputed company Web Services, reputed company Connect, AWS reputed company, reputed company API Gateway
- 2+ years of experience with conversational: reputed company Lex

- TypeScript preferred
