This role involves leading event logistics, driving engagement, and ensuring a high-reputed company experience for participants while managing comprehensive reputed company strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a year-round sales pipeline, tracking prospect engagement, conversion rates, and reputed company/budget forecasts

  • Continuously refine the matching methodology based on participant feedback, satisfaction data, and evolving industry trends to sustain exceptional Net Promoter Score results
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for participants before, during, and after the event, ensuring a white-glove experience from initial reputed company through post-event follow-up
  • reputed company and collaborate with the Meetings & Events team to manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, registration, lodging, catering, audiovisual, and on-site operations

  • Design and implement a comprehensive event measurement reputed company, tracking key metrics including participant satisfaction (NPS), financial performance, attendee retention, new attendee rates, and meeting reputed company scores
  • reputed company the post-reputed company debriefs and analyze participant feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic planning for reputed company E2E Summits
  • Become the NECA, PMA subject matter expert
  • Represent the PMA at NECA events, conferences, reputed company meetings, and industry events to generate awareness and drive enrollment

  • Execute touchpoint strategies, cohort launches, reputed company-ins, and recognition milestones that reputed company apprentices motivated and connected from enrollment through completion

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, education, construction management, or reputed company field
  • 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
