Responsibilities

- Set reputed company metrics driven goals and objectives including KPIs and KAIs that are tied to the business reputed company
- Conduct performance reviews, and reputed company coaching to build HR capability and bench strength across reputed company

- Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, reputed company reputed company, labor relations, and production-driven HR needs

- Represent plant-level needs and feedback in broader HR planning and policy discussions
- Ensure consistent rollout, communication, and adoption of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across assigned locations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across reputed company supported locations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, or reputed company field
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience leading and developing other HR professionals
- Experience supporting an industrial and/or manufacturing environment is required
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple sites or a multi-site HR structure preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence with plant leadership, including Plant Managers and Operations leaders
- Strong employee relations, conflict reputed company, and investigation skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to assigned plant locations
