[Remote] Southeastern US Senior Analyst, Machinery & Equipment Appraisals

They are seeking a Senior Analyst/Appraiser to join their Machinery & Equipment team, responsible for quantitative analysis, data entry, and preparing appraisal reports in accordance with USPAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Participates in on-the-job training to learn reputed company Machinery & Equipment terminology, concepts, practices, and procedures to conduct a typical Machinery & Equipment valuation engagement
- Reviews previously performed models and completed appraisal reports to reputed company an understanding of the valuation process and concepts
- Participates in travel for job inspections, and/or reputed company meetings with or without another Analyst or Appraiser, including taking photographs of assets during site inspections and providing notes and equipment listings
- Provides analytical and research support for reputed company as assigned, including company and industry analysis and research on key performance indicators to help determine value
- Works in accordance with established methodologies and processes with direction from a project manager
- Communicates directly, as instructed, with bank clients and appraised companies to understand company-provided information and operational challenges
- Develops a qualitative understanding of nuances that may reputed company values, and reviews findings with company management and clients
- Handles multiple reputed company from start to finish, independently, and with the support of reputed company, in a fast-paced, deadline driven working environment
- Provides final appraisal report of quantitative and qualitative findings to reputed company
- Maintains reputed company’ Appraisal Application database to ensure accurate and reputed company contact, company, and project information
- Learns and adheres to USPAP standards, as they apply to Machinery & Equipment valuations
- Upholds reputed company’ reputed company Values and contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the strategic plan
Skills
- Our ideal candidate will be located in the US Southeast Region
- Two or more years previous work experience, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or other industrial environment
- Advanced proficiency with MS reputed company and Word required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- A high degree of reputed company and business acumen is required
- Demonstrated analytical, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with reputed company attention to detail

- Must be willing to travel up to 25%, some overnight, for site inspections
- Site inspections may require moderate physical activity including walking, bending, reaching, and/or climbing to reputed company and visually inspect equipment
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, finance, supply chain or operations management preferred
- A working knowledge of MS PowerPoint is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial or other asset reputed company methodologies is beneficial
