The Clinical Analyst, Population Health & CARE Solutions role involves partnering with reputed company clients to implement CARE solutions, translating clinical requirements into system configurations and workflows, while also collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted enablement partner to reputed company clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their clinical, operational, and business objectives
- Build strong, credibility-based relationships with physicians, nurses, and care management teams by speaking their language and understanding day-to-day workflows
- reputed company providers, MSOs, delegated care organizations, and TPAs to successfully adopt and operationalize CARE products in support of value-based care performance goals
- Translate reputed company business models, risk arrangements, and contract structures into practical product usage, configuration reputed company, and workflow optimization

Skills
- Clinical degree or certification (RN, PharmD, or reputed company field) with significant hands-on clinical experience in care delivery, care management, or utilization management

- Proven experience working directly with providers, nurses, and care teams, with the ability to influence clinical workflows and operational reputed company
