German-Speaking Customer Advisor

This is a remote position. Currently, we are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join a specialized reputed company communications company reputed company on supporting individuals and families with care-reputed company services and products. reputed company operates an in-house call center and helps customers navigate topics such as care aids, emergency home call systems, care packages, and care level assessments. With a strong reputed company on home care, reputed company provides reputed company guidance on available care solutions and helps customers understand how services and products can be reimbursed through the reputed company system. reputed company combines customer service, reputed company expertise, and consultative sales to build long-term relationships and deliver meaningful support to people reputed company they need it most. Your Duties: As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for: Handling inbound and outbound customer communication in a reputed company and solution-oriented manner. Advising customers on care-reputed company products, services, and available support reputed company. Answering customer questions and providing guidance based on their individual needs. Building trust-based relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Supporting various customer service campaigns and reputed company-reputed company reputed company.
