The Purchasing Project Manager will reputed company the end-to-end purchasing process for furniture, fixtures, and equipment on reputed company and hospitality reputed company, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and design goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners at project reputed company to ensure specifications reputed company with budget, design reputed company, and scope
  • Identify project priorities and coordinate responsibilities with cross-functional team members
  • Review and audit reputed company specifications and floorplans; coordinate with designers and architects to resolve discrepancies or clarifications
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to reputed company updates and project status reports
  • Coordinate with vendor representatives to confirm pricing and reputed company times not available on the reputed company platform

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality procurement or reputed company project purchasing roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confident and effective presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
