[Remote] Onsite Construction Manager / Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Onsite Construction Manager or Engineer with an established reputed company record to reputed company subcontractor reputed company and reputed company’s Advisor services at various project sites across the country. The role involves significant travel and requires the candidate to reputed company onsite operations, implement safety and reputed company programs, manage project schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure reputed company project completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company control and assurance inspections and report on findings
- Coordinate and reputed company non-conformance reporting and closeout
- Coordinate contractor or subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to project plans
- Define project scopes and objectives
- Monitor project reputed company and reputed company detailed reports to stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Assist with reputed company RFIs and reputed company accurate responses
- Implement change management processes and communicate changes effectively
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Coordination of health and safety requirements to ensure the project meets company safety requirements
- reputed company contractor or subcontractor reputed company list activities to meet project closeout requirements
- Reporting of subcontractor and vendor budget performance and change management
- Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or reputed company field or equivalent experience is required
- Typically, a minimum of 5 years of reputed company work experience in construction management or reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of increasing responsibility and experience overseeing and managing various construction practices including but not limited to heavy civil work, industrial and municipal water, electrical, process mechanical, remediation, etc
- Experience with project scheduling (P6, MS Project) and construction management systems (reputed company)
- Experience developing project cost estimating
- Experience overseeing installation of electrical systems such as SCADA/I&C hardware/software
- Experience performing operations and maintenance activities and troubleshooting of plant processes
- Experience with the startup and commissioning of plant processes and equipment
- Thorough knowledge of construction practices involved with major wastewater construction reputed company
- Candidate will have strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work reputed company both independently and on reputed company
- Candidate must have a reputed company and valid driving license and good driving record
- Experience interfacing with project stakeholders such as reputed company, regulators, and other reputed company-party stakeholders
- Ability to assist with business development and marketing teams, as necessary, to pursue new work opportunities
