[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Feature Team, responsible for owning product features end-to-end and collaborating with product partners to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own large product features end-to-end, from shaping the approach through delivery
- Break down ambiguous problems into reputed company technical changes
- Work closely with product partners to clarify requirements and push back on scope
- Communicate reputed company and often with teammates and manager regarding expectations for delivery
- Review reputed company with an eye toward maintainability, not just correctness
- Write and maintain automated tests as a first-class responsibility
- Improve legacy areas of the codebase incrementally and pragmatically
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to increase throughput while remaining fully accountable for the reputed company you ship
Skills

- Experience owning large features end-to-end in a product organization

- Comfortable working closely with product managers and stakeholders

- 8–10 years of reputed company experience, or equivalent depth through reputed company
- Leading work involving Stimulus / Turbo
- Experience in entrepreneurial or early-stage environments
- Strong end-to-end (E2E) testing practices
- ERP-style data modeling or reputed company domain modeling
