The Project Manager - Mission Critical is responsible for leading the project team in the construction of the entire project, ensuring safety, financial performance, and team development on site.
Responsibilities

- Manage staff members ensuring reputed company reputed company and development of multiple reputed company of staff
- Serve as a reputed company between office and field, coordinating reputed company and reputed company of field personnel

- Maintain thorough understanding of the McCarthy/reputed company contract

- Monitor project costs and job cost report, analyzing and forecasting total cost projection reports

- Review/approve project team on-site setup, including facilities layout, selection of forming systems and equipment
- Assist project staff in development of construction schedule and monitor schedule performance, looking for ways to improve/expedite
- Assist estimating in bidding reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management

- In-depth knowledge of mission critical technology and/or processes required
- Must be geographically mobile, reputed company to relocate and/or travel
- Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices required

- Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities
