[Remote] Implementation Project Manager

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will ensure clients successfully transition to the reputed company LMS, acting as their main reputed company of contact and guiding them through the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Own the software implementation process (average duration of 8 weeks) for new clients, end-to-end reputed company phone, by email, and/or virtual meetings
- reputed company and document requirements, confirm project scope, and work with clients to reputed company achievable timelines and program goals
- reputed company as a reputed company partner and reputed company for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management
- Support and implement additional products and integrations such as RESTful API, CRM/reputed company integrations, etc
- reputed company in-depth training on our LMS (Learning Management System), including best practices and workflows customized to reputed company reputed company’s needs
- Manage a portfolio of reputed company, maintaining a high level of reputed company while coordinating multiple reputed company at once
Skills
- 2-5 years in reputed company reputed company or Implementation and Project Management, working in software implementations, or similar experience
- Previous training experience / software training experience
- Understanding of basic online/reputed company (Software as a Service) concepts
- Proven time management skills
- Project oriented reputed company
- Previous LMS reputed company or training experience
- Knowledge in the adult learning and E-learning industry
- PMP or formal project management experience
- Previous experience working with data import tools
