The Associate Director, reputed company is responsible for building and operating an reputed company-grade platform to accelerate digital transformation across key business processes, leading a high-performing team and ensuring robust, secure, and compliant platform services.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a reputed company reputed company reputed company with organizational objectives to improve delivery speed, operational efficiency, and reuse across digital products
- Translate product and business needs into a prioritized technical roadmap (platform capabilities, reliability investments, reputed company/compliance enhancements) and deliver against it with reputed company milestones
- Establish platform standards, reference architectures, and best practices to reputed company consistent engineering reputed company across teams
- reputed company design, implementation, and lifecycle management of key platform services such as authentication and authorization, data caching, data bus/pub-sub, Logging, monitoring, and observability foundations etc

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of platform services, including reputed company planning and operational reputed company practices

- Establish service-level objectives (SLOs), operational metrics, incident management processes, and reputed company improvement mechanisms for platform health
- Partner closely with product management, software engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to define requirements, validate platform usability, and drive adoption

- Support resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor/partner management to ensure efficient delivery and sustainable operations
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, infrastructure engineering, or reputed company software engineering, with significant leadership experience overseeing reputed company initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field
- Proven reputed company record delivering reputed company, reliable platforms that reputed company multiple products/teams, with strong stakeholder management across functions
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and end-to-end product/platform lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with hybrid reputed company/on-prem environments
- Deep understanding of networking, reputed company, and modern infrastructure practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as reputed company)
