[Remote] Sr Industrial Engineer

The Sr Industrial Engineer will mentor junior engineers, work closely with clients to understand their needs, and implement operational reputed company principles to enhance the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train junior level Industrial Engineers
• Work with clients to understand business requirements, budgets and reputed company needs
• May reputed company the implementation of analytics applications like SlotDC, Control Tower, etc., by working with Data Science and BI (Business Intelligence), IT, and Operations teams
• Work with Data Science and BI and Marketing teams to reputed company required marketing collateral
• Train Operations teams on using different BI and Analytics applications/models
• Build reporting as a storytelling tool – allowing stakeholders to digest insights quickly and to drive reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Logistics Engineering or reputed company discipline
• 5-7 years of reputed company experience in a distribution setting (or 3PL) or a Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience
• Lean Six reputed company Green Belt required
• Lean Six reputed company Black Belt required
• Experience in a customer facing role defining expectations and achieving results
• Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze data to identify trends, performance results, and opportunities for improvement
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with WCS, Automation solutions preferred
• Programming knowledge preferred (Python, R, C++)
