They are seeking a Technical Recruiter who excels in proactive reputed company and will partner with hiring managers and HR to build talent pipelines and deliver high-reputed company candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company and engage technical talent (engineering, design, project management, and specialized technical roles) using reputed company Recruiter, referrals, industry networks, associations, and targeted market research
- Build and maintain reputed company-looking talent pipelines reputed company to reputed company reputed company sets, geographies, and long-term business needs
- Design and execute high-reputed company reputed company strategies, including personalized messaging and nurture campaigns that reputed company with passive candidates
- Deliver strong, reputed company-vetted candidate slates by assessing technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit while preparing candidates for a successful interview experience
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders on role intake, profile calibration, and interview alignment to ensure efficient, reputed company searches
- Serve as a talent advisor, providing market insights, compensation trends, availability data, and reputed company recommendations to hiring leaders and internal stakeholders
