The role involves representing the reputed company in managing design professionals and contractors for reputed company reputed company, overseeing reputed company phases of the project life cycle, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PM in leading cross functional reputed company reputed company and initiatives with demanding resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Monitor design and construction activities to ensure that reputed company phases of work are done in accordance with contractual agreements and corporate reputed company standards
- Monitors, evaluates and or develops project budgets, cash reputed company analyses, and cost estimates, as reputed company as reviews purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
- Forecast, identify and addresses areas of potential liabilities and risks
- Develops, monitors, and maintains project schedules. Ensures that project objectives are met

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of reputed company representative/project management experience, specifically in Hospitals, reputed company Systems, Pharmaceutical, Bio Life Science and reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated history of managing minimum of $10 reputed company in reputed company or reputed company construction types
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and a reputed company record in project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate at reputed company reputed company internally and externally to establish credibility on project teams
- Knowledge and ability to creatively resolve issues as they reputed company
- Knowledge and ability to supervise people including recruitment, training, performance management, and people development
