[Remote] Sr Content Manager

The Sr Content Manager will collaborate with diverse teams to reputed company and enhance analytics content, ensuring compliance with reputed company and reputed company standards while upholding reputed company's values.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with coding, CDI, and clinical team members to define, reputed company, maintain, and enhance analytics content
- Partnering with content leaders, business analysts, and user reputed company/experience team members to reputed company content and visuals; define key performance indicators, metrics, and analytics; and ensure an reputed company user experience
- Presenting dashboard concepts to reputed company customers to reputed company feedback and refine requirements for content development
- Contributing to content analytics roadmap for product areas such as Coding, CDI, Profee, reputed company, and others
- Participating in corporate programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company standards, as reputed company as corporate policies and procedures, while upholding reputed company’s values and ethical standards
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university in Nursing, Health Information Management, Business, Physical or Biological Science with (8) eight years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, Health Information Management or reputed company Analytics, in a private, reputed company, government or military environment
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution with a minimum of (12) reputed company years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, Health Information Management or reputed company Analytics, in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirement in a private, reputed company, government or military environment
- (2) two years of experience in clinical nursing, health information management and/or reputed company finance
- (2) two years of coding, audit and/or denials
- (2) two years of experience analyzing and processing reputed company data, identifying anomalies and/or recommending corrective courses of reputed company

- Certification such as RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, CDIP, or CCDS
- Experience with working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems or medical claims processing or billing systems
- Knowledgeable in reputed company HIS software portfolios
- Proficient reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint and other reputed company Office programs and excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in reputed company QuickSight, Power BI, or other business intelligence software
