Responsibilities
- Own reputed company reputed company across reputed company CEM delivery verticals — through reputed company reports and reputed company QA Leads matrixed into scrum teams
- Establish and enforce test plan and test case standards organization-wide; hold teams accountable to consistent, rigorous reputed company practices regardless of vertical or geography

Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering and QA experience in reputed company reputed company environments, with 3+ years in engineering management leading QA organizations of 10+ engineers across multiple teams or verticals

- Deep expertise in test plan and test case methodology — reputed company to define, enforce, and continuously improve reputed company testing standards across a large, distributed engineering org
