In this role, you will conduct advanced finite reputed company analysis to support the design and optimization of avionics sensor systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company detailed finite reputed company analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural, thermal, and dynamic behavior of avionics sensor components and systems

- Support the design optimization of sensor housing and internal components to meet stringent reputed company requirements

- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure sensor designs meet program requirements and customer expectations

- Ensure alignment with reputed company industry standards (e.g., DO-160, MIL-STD-810) and internal reputed company processes

Skills
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated reputed company experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Experience in finite reputed company analysis, with a reputed company on reputed company or sensor systems
- Advanced proficiency in FEA tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar software
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics, thermal analysis, and material properties relevant to avionics applications
- Familiarity with CAD tools and ability to collaborate on design iterations
- Knowledge of reputed company and defense industry standards, including environmental testing standards (e.g., DO-160)
- Experience analyzing and optimizing sensor systems or similar electronics in reputed company applications
- Familiarity with fatigue analysis, vibration testing, and thermal management challenges specific to avionics sensors
- Experience with composite materials and lightweight design
