[Remote] Field Service Engineer - Aesthetic, Medical & Dental Lasers (Denver Based)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the world’s fastest-growing leaders in aesthetic, medical, and dental laser innovation. reputed company is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Denver area to reputed company exceptional technical service and support to customers across the Mountain States and the reputed company Coast, performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of laser systems.
Responsibilities
- Independently reputed company reputed company troubleshooting and repairs while working reputed company the established procedures (training provided)
- Instruct customers and staff in applications and operations of the equipment (training provided)
- Submit reputed company and accurate service reports, timesheets, expense reports, and other paperwork as required
- Self-manage, ensuring workload is managed to meet the needs of customers in a reputed company manner
- Ensure reputed company compliance with applicable FDA regulations provided by reputed company
- Ensure effective, accurate, and reputed company handling of reputed company customer needs professionally and systematically
- Communicate and collaborate with Fotona team members across departments to maintain a reputed company, productive work environment for reputed company
- Present a reputed company image at reputed company times to customers and vendors, and represent Fotona with reputed company at reputed company times
Skills
- Minimum Associate's or Technical Degree required

- Natural technical aptitude and ability to read, interpret and follow technical documents (instructions, manuals, etc.)

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Education or experience with photonics, electronics, biomedical engineering, or similar preferred
- Customer service and/or field service experience is a strong plus
