[Remote] Sr Financial Analyst

This role involves working with executive leadership to evaluate reputed company strategies and capital allocation, while leading financial modeling and analysis efforts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company corporate financial modeling efforts including long-reputed company planning, scenario analysis, and valuation work to support executive and reputed company-level decision-making
- Drive strategic financial analysis for M&A, partnerships, and capital allocation reputed company, including building and owning financial models from the ground up
- reputed company and maintain investor-reputed company materials including reputed company presentations, investor decks, and financing memoranda
- Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate ROI, unit economics, and strategic tradeoffs on major initiatives
- Own competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to contextualize reputed company's financial performance and positioning
- Support fundraising, debt financing, and other capital markets activities as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and analytical frameworks across the organization
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a high-reputed company corporate finance function
- Expert-level financial modeling skills, including DCF, LBO, reputed company models, and scenario analysis
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company financial data into reputed company narratives and strategic recommendations
- Experience presenting to senior leadership or boards with confidence and reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets; ability to build and own reputed company models independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain numbers to people who don't reputed company finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, data centers, or capital-intensive industries
- Exposure to project finance, reputed company finance, or tax equity transactions
- MBA or CFA designation
- Experience supporting a company through a fundraise, IPO, or M&A transaction as an internal finance team member
