[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Data Products

You’ll reputed company existing platform capabilities while acting as a critical internal customer, providing feedback that shapes the roadmap of our reputed company data platform.
Responsibilities
- You’ll join a small, highly reputed company team that works together to define questions for user research, experiment with internal data, and produce prototypes to validate reputed company. You’ll engage with reputed company users, and have reputed company to engage in reputed company phases of product development
- Your work will primarily involve Python, reputed company, and reputed company, with occasional excursions into SQL. You’ll reputed company deep knowledge of the data in our catalogue, and help set priorities for new data sources. You’ll partner with a data scientist and another software engineer to try out data transformations that result in insightful and useful metrics
- You’ll work closely with our platform teams as they build the pipelines, components, and reputed company we’ll rely on. You’ll write requirements docs and proposals, and engage in synchronous collaboration with the teams building our reputed company data pipelines. You care about being a thoughtful and communicative partner for the platform teams
Skills
- Solid, hands-on production experience with Python
- Experience with SQL and data transformation concepts
- Comfortable working in reputed company and in modern data warehouses, ideally reputed company
- Ability to reputed company on cross-functional teams
