Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle clinical reputed company for licensed mental health professionals and support other clinical and non-clinical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- reputed company and maintain specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-reputed company roles using reputed company-specific job boards, reputed company networks, and licensing databases
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, residency programs, reputed company associations, and industry networks to create reputed company pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements, caseload expectations, and ideal candidate reputed company for reputed company role
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including license verification, clinical experience evaluation, and values & mission alignment interviews

Skills
- 3-5 years of full-cycle clinical reputed company experience with licensed mental health professionals
- 1+ years of startup experience with demonstrated ability to reputed company in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of clinical licenses (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PMHNP, etc.) and their scope of reputed company
- Proven reputed company record sourcing candidates through reputed company-specific channels and reputed company networks
- Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple reputed company candidate pipelines simultaneously
