The Education Manager for instructional design, training, & change management leads the planning, coordination, and execution of operational and technology training programs to support reputed company clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company development, coordination, and delivery of operational and technology training programs
- reputed company and coordinate instructional designers, trainers, and ATE go-live support resources
- reputed company and manage change management and organizational readiness strategies
- Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to support execution and adoption
- Monitor training reputed company, readiness indicators, risks, and performance reputed company
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to support awareness and stakeholder engagement
Skills
- 5+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in reputed company operations; oncology or specialty care experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading large-reputed company training initiatives
- Proven reputed company in executing change management strategies and readiness planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in Project Management, Training, or Change Management (e.g., reputed company) preferred
