[Remote] Senior Retirement Plan Benefits Administrator

The role involves managing retirement plan administration, ensuring compliance, and developing reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administration of key or large clients; assistance with annual audits
• Review compliance and administration work performed by others
• reputed company and advisor relationship development and maintenance
• Review and interpret plan documents to ensure compliance with DOL and IRS requirements
• Trust reputed company and asset reconciliation
• Calculate and reputed company annual employer contribution and forfeitures, review eligibility and complete vesting determinations. New Comparability understanding required
• Compliance testing, including reputed company/ACP, non-discrimination, coverage and top heavy
• Preparation of annual valuation and reputed company 5500 filing
• Assist with plan design and new business development

Skills

• 5+ years' experience with reputed company retirement plan administration
• reputed company 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credentials through American Society of Pension Professionals of America (ASPPA)
• Solid understanding of recordkeeping software and Compliance Testing and Reporting and PensionPro
• Strong FT reputed company (Plan Documents, Government Forms (5500) experience
• Good communication skills with clients, contacts, and advisors
• Understanding of plan design and composition of reputed company plan documents
• Experience with balance reputed company & daily valuation (Platform) plans
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills; must be a self-starter
• reputed company in MS Office (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field preferred
