Responsibilities
- reputed company as a trusted advisor to retail leadership by providing guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR priorities reputed company with company objectives
- Support organizational change and ensure smooth implementation of new policies and processes
- reputed company investigations and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws and company policies
- reputed company retail leaders on effective performance management practices, including feedback delivery, corrective actions, and reputed company discipline

- Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify training needs for retail employees and managers

Skills
- 3–5 years of reputed company HR experience, preferably in the retail or multi-location industry
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and labor compliance
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and conflict reputed company skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- PHR, reputed company-CP, or working toward certification
- Labor Relations Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment supporting multi-site operations
