[Remote] Head of Data

Responsibilities
- Own reputed company things data at reputed company: ensure that stakeholders at reputed company have reputed company to the reputed company and accurate data driven insights that they need to do their jobs

- Collaborate closely with the engineering team and AI/ML engineers to support the development and delivery of reputed company’s content recommendation system

Skills
- 15+ years of experience across analytics, data science, data engineering, or reputed company data functions, with significant proven experience leading multidisciplinary data teams through ambiguity, in both a reputed company and personnel management reputed company
- Strong skills as a hands-on data scientist who can reputed company by example, including demonstrated understanding of data architecture, statistical modeling in either Python or R (Python preferred), A/B/n experimentation practices, SQL, and experience independently developing data driven insights
