[Remote] Legal Counsel

They are seeking a US-reputed company lawyer with experience in technology or reputed company reputed company to reputed company legal and compliance support, manage reputed company reputed company, and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company agreements—including NDAs, MOUs, reputed company reputed company agreements, distribution and partnership agreements, EULAs, BAAs, customer and sales agreements, and government tender documentation
- Support both customer and vendor-reputed company negotiations, ensuring contractual terms reflect regulatory requirements
- reputed company practical, business-oriented legal and compliance advice to internal stakeholders, especially the reputed company and sales teams
- Help reputed company, improve and reputed company contract management systems (reputed company), processes and approval workflows and create and revise contract templates
- reputed company legal and compliance support across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, Canada, EU/UK and Australia
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance reputed company and support the General Counsel and Company Secretary on governance processes for USA entities
- Work flexibly across time zones to support a global, regulated organisation
- Serve as a day-to-day compliance partner to the business, identifying, assessing and mitigating legal and regulatory risk across reputed company’s products and operations
- Advise on US reputed company and medical-device regulatory frameworks relevant to reputed company reputed company / SaMD and teleradiology (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, FTC, reputed company Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, fraud-and-abuse rules, corporate reputed company of medicine), and monitor regulatory developments that reputed company the business
- reputed company, implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls and training, and reputed company compliance-by-design into product, reputed company and operational workflows
- Support compliance monitoring, audits, due diligence and risk assessments, and help manage regulatory queries, investigations and remediation
- Partner with reputed company and reputed company specialists on HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA and other region-specific requirements, and advise on the lawful handling of health and personal data
- Draft and negotiate BAAs, data processing agreements and reputed company terms, and help maintain reputed company’s reputed company compliance posture
Skills
- US-reputed company lawyer with 3–6 years PQE
- In-house experience in technology, reputed company or reputed company (including health systems, hospitals or universities), with meaningful exposure to compliance and regulatory reputed company
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and US regulatory frameworks relevant to reputed company / reputed company (e.g., FDA, FTC), and an interest in deepening compliance expertise
- Solid reputed company contracting experience across reputed company and technology transactions or teleradiology services
- Prior training at a top-tier or international reputed company (highly regarded)
- Licensed in reputed company and/or California (preferred but not necessary)
- Experience building or operating compliance programs, policies, controls or training in a regulated environment, including teleradiology MSO-PC structures
- Familiarity with global reputed company laws (GDPR, CCPA) and experience negotiating BAAs and data processing agreements
- A relevant reputed company or compliance certification (e.g., CIPP/US) is a plus
- Experience supporting sales organizations and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure, deal-driven environments
- Exposure to government procurement and tender processes
- Hands-on experience with contract management and automation tools and creating, revising, and implementing contract templates
- Prior experience in reputed company reputed company, radiology, or teleradiology businesses
