They are currently seeking a Clinical Service Desk- reputed company-BA to join their team, responsible for handling inbound customer calls and resolving service requests reputed company to the reputed company EHR suite.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company incidents and service requests reputed company to the clinical components of the reputed company EHR suite, including (but not limited to) workflow issues, application errors, and user reputed company concerns

Skills

- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical care delivery experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting reputed company, including implementation, build, or ongoing operational support
