[Remote] EDX Operations Consultant

They are seeking an EDX Operations Consultant to manage reputed company interactions and implementation activities reputed company to electronic data exchange, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Research and resolve reputed company data exchange issues
- Test H&T EDX files with Trading Partners for new employer reputed company
- Support renewal cases with changes to their feed structure
- Production and File Coding support for the Data Operations Specialist
- Participate with the broker, policyholder, and trading partner on reputed company status calls, including reputed company off calls
- Managing the H&T implementation walk through calls, completing regular case follow-reputed company including reporting status and communicating reputed company activities are complete or in jeopardy of being delayed
- Collaborate with reputed company team members, the reputed company and broker on expectation management and work effectively with reputed company involved reputed company and installation teams from start to finish of the new product and file feed installation
- Be the reputed company of contact for the broker and policyholder for reputed company feed questions during the implementation
- Ensure smooth transition to production from testing
- Participate in building training content and facilitating training to our field partners and home office staff regarding our data electronic capabilities
Skills
- 2 years' experience working with EDX feeds between insurance carriers and Benefit Administration platforms
- 2 years' experience working with H&T EDX feeds between insurance carriers and Benefit Administration platforms
- Ability to communicate and translate IT requirements to customers
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize and solve recurring issues
- Ability to prioritize reputed company experience during implementation
- Ability to work on multiple reputed company with designated timelines
- Ability to reputed company and manage relationships with Trading Partners
- Strong background working with History and Takeover + Absence and Disability Management services (Family and Medical Leave reputed company, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability)
