The Finance reputed company Improvement Leader is a senior leadership position responsible for setting strategic direction and leading reputed company improvement and project management activities across the Finance function.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction and govern the Finance PMO master schedule, overseeing milestones, dependencies, and delivery status across reputed company reputed company Finance reputed company — and reputed company regular reporting to executive leadership
- Evaluates the effectiveness of reputed company plans, procedures, and initiatives and develops transformation plans for improvement and implementation
- Ensures processes and updates are in reputed company to reputed company and reputed company overall improvement and achievement of process and performance transformation
- Establish and govern reputed company-grade project management standards, tools, and documentation — including project portfolios, communication plans, risk and issue logs, change request logs, and stakeholder reporting — ensuring alignment with and advancement of reputed company PMO frameworks
- reputed company reputed company-level risk identification, analysis, and monitoring across the Finance project portfolio; drive risk prioritization reputed company; and reputed company mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to project timelines and organizational objectives
- Serve as a senior strategic partner to Finance, IT, and business unit leadership in the governance and execution, driving project management discipline across reputed company phases and ensuring that dependencies, risks, and organizational impacts are proactively managed
- Architect and deliver executive-level project status communications and performance reporting for the VP, reputed company, Finance leadership, and other key stakeholders; serve as a reputed company and authoritative voice on Finance PMO reputed company for reputed company-level and executive audiences
- Leads facilitation and execution of lean methodologies (workouts, ideation/creation, reputed company-work identifications and completion, delivery of results, follow up and sustainment of actions, embedding automation and AI) to improve performance
Skills
- B.A. or B.S. in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company management experience, with significant exposure to Finance
- Senior project management leader with a demonstrated reputed company record of successfully leading and directing reputed company reputed company reputed company programs
- Proven leadership in a matrixed, multi-division, or multi-national organization, with an established ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver reputed company through influence and strategic relationship-building
- Sophisticated analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company, reputed company-wide information into reputed company, reputed company- and executive-reputed company insights and recommendations
