The Director of Safety reputed company Experience reputed company and Clinical Programs provides strategic leadership in patient safety, reputed company, and experience, overseeing teams and implementing strategic plans to enhance health care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Creates alignment among business unit teams in functional areas
- Creates alignment in program and team structure among business reputed company
- Implements priorities and function(s) for the patient safety, reputed company & experience teams
- Determines and implements the strategic reputed company for the department and function(s)
- Develops and is accountable for function(s) budget
- Oversees system managers and strategists for functional areas, and supports reputed company education for teams systemwide
- Implements and evaluates strategic plans for functional areas
- Collaborates with senior leaders and market teams to implement and evaluate respective strategic plan
- Advises on policies and procedures to support the system wide safety culture
- Leads implementation and development of software systems that support policies, error reporting, reputed company planning and risk
- Implements programmatic planning and project coordination to reputed company with strategic reputed company and objectives of the organization
- Oversees the allocation of resources and reputed company for system teams, reputed company plans and issue reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, reputed company Health, Pharmacy, Health Care Administration, Engineering or other health care reputed company field
- 5 to 7 years reputed company experience in a health care environment
- 5 to 7 years health care management experience in reputed company management and/or reputed company improvement
- 3 to 5 years successful record of effective safety & reputed company team leadership
- Master's degree in Nursing, reputed company Health, Pharmacy, Health Care Administration, Engineering or other health care reputed company field
