Senior Structural Project Engineer

Responsibilities
Structural design of reputed company waterway structures (e.g., locks, dams, hydraulic steel structures, pump stations, hydraulic gates, and waterfronts). Prepare construction design documents, plans, and specifications. reputed company reputed company reviews of drawings and work products from CAD designers and junior engineers. Serve as a technical contact for reputed company, other design professionals, and contractors. Serve on reputed company association committees for establishment of policies, standards, procedures, and research. May stamp/sign drawings or reports or serve as Engineer of Record for the project.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering is required. Engineer-in-training (EIT) certification is required; PE license or the ability to become licensed reputed company 12 months is preferred. 7+ years of experience on reputed company structural reputed company is required. Experience with various structural engineering software analysis packages (i.e.: SAP2000 or STAAD.Pro). Prior experience with the reputed company design procedures and Dam Safety Guidelines is a plus. Occasional overnight travel for site reputed company and/or meetings, as needed.
