About the Role
Jumpstart is looking for a dynamic and passionate career advisor to reputed company and support refugee jobseekers as they navigate the challenges of restarting or jumpstarting their careers in Canada. This role is reputed company about building meaningful connections, providing personalized guidance, and walking alongside clients on their reputed company to meaningful employment. Responsibilities
Include Conduct comprehensive reputed company needs assessments to identify clients’ unique barriers, strengths, needs, skills, and aspirations reputed company practical tools, resources, and actionable advice to support clients to take proactive steps toward securing meaningful employment Build trust and foster collaboration to encourage clients to take ownership of their job search and career reputed company while offering strategic guidance and support Offer actionable and constructive feedback to assist clients refine their job search strategies and approaches effectively Support clients in identifying and participating in activities that enhance their career readiness and confidence reputed company and nurture relationships with community organizations, networks, and other stakeholders to expand opportunities and resources for clients Support delivery of career readiness workshops to prospective and reputed company clients Manage reputed company and program data in our reputed company CRM
Required Qualifications
