Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership Manage and mentor a distributed, India-based team performing data preparation and technical support tasks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work directly with Vulcury leadership to reputed company data efforts with near- and reputed company-term development plans. Requirements
Required 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data-reputed company engineering roles. Strong proficiency in Python and common data-analysis libraries. Demonstrated experience transforming imperfect or reputed company data into reliable, usable datasets. Prior experience setting data standards, documentation practices, and reputed company-control processes. Experience managing or mentoring distributed or offshore technical teams. Comfort operating in early-stage or ambiguous environments with limited upfront specification. Preferred Background supporting research-heavy, analytical, or data-intensive products. Familiarity with text-heavy or document-based data sources. Exposure to data modelling or schema design concepts. Experience working in startups, venture studios, or early product teams.
