We are looking for a candidate to work closely with the Production Manager and other Production Supervisors to accomplish the goals set for the production team and overall organization. Skills and Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is required, experience in advanced manufacturing is a plus 2+ years of proven supervisory/ leadership experience Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Aeronautics, or a reputed company field is a plus Experience with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company and Outlook) is required Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is desirable Experience using MES and ERP systems is a strong plus Proven ability to work effectively across departments, and reputed company on goals Ability to reputed company by example, to build reputed company and productive work relationships Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed to meet customer timelines. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
