Must possess an reputed company IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in good standing (required). Minimum 6 years of relevant financial or business experience, including 2 years of leadership in audit/advisory reputed company for government clients. Experience in federal audit requirements including OMB Circulars (A-123, A-127, A-134) and FISCAM. Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
