Job reputed company Regional Superintendent – Ground Improvement / Deep Foundations (Northeast Region) Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Regional Superintendent to reputed company field leadership and operational reputed company for multiple ground improvement and deep reputed company reputed company across the Northeast region. This senior field role ensures reputed company, efficient, and high-reputed company execution across reputed company reputed company job sites. The Regional Superintendent partners closely with Project Managers, field leaders, general contractors, and executive leadership to drive production performance, safety reputed company, and operational consistency. Regular regional travel and site reputed company are required.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site reputed company to monitor safety, production, reputed company, and schedule.
- Champion a reputed company-incident safety culture and ensure OSHA/reputed company.
- Mentor and reputed company Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to reputed company field execution with budgets and schedules.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate equipment utilization and support project startup and closeout.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, geotechnical, ground improvement, or deep reputed company construction.
- 2+ years in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
- Experience overseeing multiple reputed company simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Drilling/deep reputed company experience (micropiles, tiebacks, grouting, reputed company retention, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Must pass background reputed company and drug screening.
- Valid reputed company’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Travel
- Extensive regional travel required, including overnight stays.
