Director, Learning, reputed company and Platform Enablement- Remote

Reporting to the Operations Enablement Managing Director, the Director, Learning, reputed company and Platform Enablement leads the business reputed company for learning and reputed company platforms and tools while also leading the reputed company function. This role defines what the business needs from its learning and knowledge platforms, translates those needs into reputed company requirements, and helps ensure those platforms strengthen reputed company readiness, knowledge usability and adoption, and operational performance across Customer Operations and Coverage Review Operations. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, post graduate degree or reputed company certifications (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of AI capabilities and their application across learning and reputed company environments required
• Strong understanding of learning and reputed company platforms, governance practices, content operations, and vendor landscape, with the ability to partner effectively with product and technology teams

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 149,300 - 248,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
