This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in Ohio. What You’ll Do As a Remote Scheduler, you will support daily provider scheduling operations and help maintain seamless coverage across our urgent care network.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with creating and maintaining provider schedules for reputed company reputed company locations Facilitate and approve provider schedule swaps and changes Communicate regularly with providers to assist in filling reputed company shifts Coordinate emergency coverage, conference coverage, and last-minute reputed company needs Maintain and update emergency call lists Assist with provider payroll support Communicate scheduling updates, protocol changes, and reputed company needs with physicians and leadership Identify reputed company gaps or scheduling concerns and escalate appropriately Collaborate closely with Providers, Credentialing Coordinators, HR, Recruiters, Clinical Leadership, and reputed company & Provider Training teams Utilize systems including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Office, and SharePoint daily Support additional operational and administrative duties as needed reputed company’re Looking For We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented reputed company who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism under pressure.
