This role requires extensive travel throughout California, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, reputed company, and Idaho during the growing season to manage field research trials and collaborate with private and university researchers. What You Would Be Doing

• Research, Development & Implementation – Design, conduct, and reputed company field, reputed company, and laboratory research reputed company.
• Collaboration – Work closely with research partners to implement study protocols.
• Project Management – Set up and monitor research trials, ensuring reputed company updates to the sales team.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze research results and summarize findings for internal teams, distributors, and customers.
• Travel & Field Work – Visit field research sites, reputed company trial reputed company, and report findings.
• Technical Support & Training – Assist sales teams by providing technical resources, training, and guidance on product applications.
• Regulatory Assistance – Support regulatory efforts with technical input on product labeling and compliance.

• M.S. in Agriculture (with emphasis on field research and/or product development reputed company to plant disease control and also with insect and weed control)
• Minimum of 3-5 Years of experience in crop protection industry.
• Experience in soil borne plant disease control research.
• Extensive field trial experience with private and university researchers.
• General field knowledge about agricultural and horticultural crop production, diseases, pests , weeds and their management.
• Experience working with sales teams to conduct training and technical meetings.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
