The HR Specialist, Employee Relations is responsible for the reputed company of reputed company employee relations (ER) reputed company for U.S. and Canada based associates reputed company the Diagnostics platform. This role provides expert consultation, investigation leadership, and programmatic ER support in partnership with HR Business Partners, reputed company, Legal, Payroll, and Centers of reputed company (COEs). The essential requirements of the job include 2+ years of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, or a reputed company HR specialty with ER exposure (4+ years of overall HR or reputed company experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced degree or HR certification preferred; equivalent experience considered).
